These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the PMP® exam preparation platform available at https://certificatecomoprojectmanager.com/ (the “Platform”), operated by Get Certified as Project Manager (“Get Certified as Project Manager”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The service
The Platform provides exam-style practice questions, timed simulations, explanations, progress analytics and management tools for organizations and teams, in English and Spanish. The content is independent educational preparation material.
No affiliation. Get Certified as Project Manager is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI). PMP, PMI, PMBOK and related logos are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. No content on the Platform reproduces actual examination questions.
No guarantee of results. The Platform is a study tool. We do not guarantee that you will pass the PMP® examination or achieve any academic or professional outcome.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials is not permitted.
The Platform uses two-step verification. By enabling it you agree to receive verification codes by email or to generate them with an authenticator application, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at jose.aristud@icloud.com.
3. Plans, payments and renewals
We offer a free plan with limited functionality and paid individual and organization plans with the duration, price and features displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in the stated currency and include taxes only where indicated.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card details. By purchasing you authorize the corresponding charge. Unless stated otherwise, plans are for a fixed term and do not renew automatically; access ends when the purchased term expires.
Refunds. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not started a full-length exam simulation. After that period, or once the service has been substantially used, payments are non-refundable except where applicable law provides otherwise. Requests are handled at jose.aristud@icloud.com.
4. Organization and team accounts
Organization plans provide a fixed number of seats. The organization administrator may invite members, create teams and appoint team leads. By accepting an invitation, a member acknowledges that administrators and team leads of their organization can view aggregate and per-person information about their activity and results, as described in the Privacy Policy. The organization is responsible for obtaining any authorization required from its members for such processing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, publish, sell or distribute Platform content, in whole or in part; (b) use automated tools to access the content; (c) attempt to circumvent security measures, usage limits or access controls; (d) share your account; (e) use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights. Breach may result in suspension or termination of the account without refund.
6. Intellectual property
Platform content (questions, explanations, text, design, software and the Get Certified as Project Manager marks) is owned by Get Certified as Project Manager or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for personal study during the term of your plan.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform continuously available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We may modify, extend or withdraw features and update the question bank at any time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Certified as Project Manager shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in force after termination.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date and, where changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of [jurisdiction], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
